Welcome to my personal page! I am a PhD candidate in Machine Learning, currently affiliated with Sorbonne Université in Paris, under the supervision of Sylvain Le Corff, Anna Bonnet and Harry Sokol. My work focuses on generative models for microbiome analysis, as thoroughly described on theses.fr.

My current research topics include:

  • Generative models
  • Variational inference
  • Microbiome analysis
  • Deep learning
